YouTube recommendations for strength training for longer walks/hikes

I have started doing quite a lot of long walks that involve steps/ascent and descent. I am really noticing stiffness and tightness around my hips, properly lower back and a bit of thighs and knees. I assume it would be really beneficial to do some strengthening exercises for these areas. Wondered if anyone has any YouTube videos they recommend for hiking/walking strength. Obviously I did a search but would be great if there are tried and tested suggestions from fellow Mumsnetters

Try Pilates for backs. Sounds like a hip flexor problem and Pilates will help. Loads of 15 min videos on YouTube

But also just standard overall strength training: try weighted squats ( check your form rigorously ) step ups, split squats, RDLs or deadlifts. But the squat pattern - both legs or single leg - will be really good for knees, hips, glutes and quads.
