By which I mean the actual brand name expensive one, but the one you have in your home. I’m really, really tempted and I’ve heard from a physiotherapist that it helps people a lot. I like the idea of lymphatic drainage and toning yourself and I’m particularly interested in balance and bone density. It also seems like something that will be quite fun to use, particularly as it’s got a timer so you could set particular times for the exercise.

I know people use them at the gym but it’s having one in the home that time thinking about.

Thank you only just seen this. Do you like it and do you get the benefits you were hoping for?

I have a long term chronic health condition so can be off it for months at a time.

When I can use it I think my circulation and lymphatic systems both benefit, it helps build up my calves and my legs feel both lighter and stronger.
