Personal trainer qualifications?

Are there any PT qualifications, or levels of qualification, that are more focused on injuries? Not rehab as such, but more able to work with historical injuries, rather than just here's how to build strength and cardio.

Sounds like you need a physio rather than a personal trainer.

Nope. Definitely looking for a personal trainer.

Sports therapists? In your shoes, I'd start by going to the Sports therapy centre here, you'll probably have one in your area.

Why is that? Some physios are sports-trained, and combine medical expertise with training expertise.

I have historic injuries and current health and mobility issues. I used nrpt.co.uk (National Register of Personal Trainers) to look at qualifications and special interests of PTs near me, and chose someone with specific interest in rehabilitation and older clients. He lists his qualifications, but I don’t know what they're worth.
