Post Partum Exercise Advice

I was wondering if anyone has an plans, online coaches or apps that they found useful for getting back into exercise after birth?

I have no expectations of having the time, energy or physical ability to launch back into running or the weight room but I'll need to have a plan for starting somewhere.

Any good experiences or suggestions would be really useful.

I had to wait six weeks (c section) but then I did 30 day shred. 20 minutes a day and not particularly onerous if you’re used to working out.

I used to walk for an hour (to an hour and a half) a day with my baby in the pushchair. I used to get fit, and she would have a nap. Win win.
