Hi Everyone,
I used to be a regular gym goer, enjoying spin, machines, weight classes, zumba, pilates, etc.. Life events like covid, returning to the UK after many years overseas, my dad passing.. .I didn't get back to a gym or any exercise routine and my fitness has been in decline ever since.
Please tell me which online classes / instructors you are seeing results with, that you enjoy and are sticking with.
