I’m looking for an arm workout that I can follow. Ideally something on YouTube or similar that last about 10 minutes or so a day and builds up with real results. Like 30 day shred, but for arms. I’ve got home weights and just need something to follow. I’ve had a knee problem for a while which I’m working on with an exercise bike, as recommended by my physio and now I need something for my upper body. Any suggestions?
