The last few years I have had off the charts hayfever in June (if I don’t shower after I’ve been outside I can’t sleep); my vision, breathing, ability to concentrate etc all badly affected. I take a cocktail of meds which sort of keep a lid on it so I can work.
I miss running outside (which I don’t do in June for obvious reasons). Anyone else?
Not sure what I want from this thread really other than commiserations, maybe to hear from others and how they manage, and reminders that this too will pass and soon it won’t be June any more …. Fellow sufferers: what do you do?
