Home workout ideas to complement classes and break up desk time

I have recently started trying to improve my fitness and am currently attending a couple of body pump classes a week plus one or two cardio based classes with weights. I also have a rowing machine, cross trainer and treadmill at home so wondering if there are any good workouts that incorporate them which I can do on non class days? I am 53 and work from home so I am sitting at a computer for several hours a day….

What specifically does improving your fitness mean to you? It sounds like you're getting both some strength and some cardio already which is a good place to start.

@UnaOfStormhold being able to walk more quickly so I can keep up with my 17 year old daughter who moves pretty fast 🤣 for one.

Use the treadmill for some HIIT training so 30 seconds at olympic speed, 1-2 min walk and repeat 5 times. Or the rower with proper technique and this dude has excellent tutorials on his channel
The cross trainer is the most useless machine ever invented. Not good for bones sell it and buy a cable machine, then you open the door to some serious home workout.
