I have had 3 c sections and my core is screwed. Can anyone recommend some YouTube videos to watch? Ideally ones which progress in difficulty over time. Thanks

Pilates is your friend.

Yeah 100% Pilates. It’s the only way.

If you can afford it I really do recommend private 1-1.

I have been doing it for 5 years now and even I do not think I would be able to do it effectively in a group setting.

Its benefits really are all in the subtleties. You have dropped a hip a few cms. Your spines imprint and should neutral. Or vice versa.

Thank you!

I found postpartum core and diastasis recti videos by Jessica Valant and Pregnancy & Postpartum TV really helpful they start gently and progress over time.

Agree with Pregnancy and Postpartum TV. I did her workouts when pregnant and after. They are nice and short and doable.

I would recommend a physio for an initial assessment, in particular if you have diastasis recti it's important to avoid exercises which might make things worse.
