Hi everyone. After a bit of advice really. I'm 54 and have been on a bit of a health kick since 1 April. I wanted to shift a few pounds but also tone up as I have a few big events coming up. I've managed to lose 7 pounds by tracking calories (1380 per day), 3/4 x 30 minute strength training sessions a week plus 10k steps a day. I'm now 9 stone (5'3) but my goal is 8'10. I've plateaued and was after some advice on how to shift those last 4 pounds. Do I up my weights/reps, do more cardio? I'm just not sure. Any advice gratefully received!

You keep going. Weight loss should be slow & steady. It's only been a month.
