As someone who was diagnosed with pcos age 13, and now in 40s it’s the first time I’ve seen information about pcos workouts.
from what I’ve read, you don’t want to increase your cortisol levels, so suited exercises are slow weighted exercises, walking (if using treadmill use incline).
when I’ve worked out, it’s always been quite strenuous (in order to see results- with changes in diet). I’m now wondering whether I just needed to shift things and might see results sooner?
any insights?
