Strength for over 40s

Hi, I am looking to find strength training suitable for over 40 beginners. I have tried Les Mills in the past but the trustpilot reviews have changed recently and are quite negative. Does anyone have any suggestions of apps/YouTube vidoes? I own dumbbells and kettle bells so have somewhere to start. Thank you.

I started following Caroline Girvan three years ago by, lots of free content on you tube. I suggest start with her Iron series.
what I like about it is no fuss, press play and follow along.. I had no clue about weight training before I started following her.

https://www.nobsapp.co.uk/ was pivotal in getting me into the gym in my late 30s

Programmes for absolute beginners with details on how to use machines or do movements. Home workouts if you want, or dumbbell only. Or full gym. And there are improving plans to move on to when you’re ready. It’s really good for confidence and skill building.
