Stretching help to relieve stiffness

I am a bit active, I walk 10,000-15,000 steps a day and lift dumbbells twice a week (only 20 minute routine) and garden a lot. However, I have recently started a part time job at a farm. I love that the work is physically demanding but I am finding that I between I am very stiff. I know it will take time because I will be using muscles I am not used to using, even with lifting weights, but I want to try some stretching daily to try and relieve this stiffness. I followed a YouTube video for that famous Essex workout man and hurt my
back 😂

Any suggestions?

Thank you

I have an app called Bend that I rather like. No annoying music, some routines programmed in, you can also make your own. Costs £20 a year (ish). It's basically yin yoga.

Following as I have a very similar problem but mines due to a kind of whiplash injury. Been in pain for years and up to Consultant Orthopaedic level. Nothing helps. I do Pilates which helps on the day, but it doesn't last. I'm scared to lift weights on a frame that's already painful.

I run a lot and I find I often wake up quite stiff in the mornings. I do 15-20 mins of yoga and find this helps a lot. I just follow a YouTube video for a routine. Usually a Charlie Follows 15-20 mins one.
