I am a bit active, I walk 10,000-15,000 steps a day and lift dumbbells twice a week (only 20 minute routine) and garden a lot. However, I have recently started a part time job at a farm. I love that the work is physically demanding but I am finding that I between I am very stiff. I know it will take time because I will be using muscles I am not used to using, even with lifting weights, but I want to try some stretching daily to try and relieve this stiffness.
