Running tops

So I have recently got back into running and am really enjoying it. Currently I wear my sons under armour long sleeved compression top, a light T-shirt and very light jacket (it’s got the pocket for keys)
The compression top is very useful as it holds everything in place, especially my big chest 😂
However, it is getting a bit warmer and I feel really warm with the top on, almost like I am overheating. Is there such a thing as a compression vest which would give me the tightness to stop things wobbling but not have the arms.
i know I will feel conscious of my chest if I just wear a T-shirt.
I do wear a good sports bra so it’s not that.
thanks

Like this? https://uk.gymshark.com/products/gymshark-sport-seamless-t-shirt-ss-tops?

Also look at parkrun if you’re just back into running, very inclusive, motivating & safe

Perfect, thanks. Thats what I’m looking for.
ive done running on and off for years and love doing my local parkrun 👍

Yes, compression vests without sleeves exist and can provide support without overheating. Look for sleeveless compression tops made from lightweight, breathable fabrics. These help hold everything in place while keeping you cooler in warmer weather.

I wear a £3.99 vest from Decathlon over my sports bra and tucked into my waistband for all exercise, for this reason! Then a sleeveless top or racer back vest over that. The stretchy vest holds everything down but doesn’t look great over the rolls hence the other top over it.
