Best alternative to micro scooter please

Can't afford the micro right now, do you (or your kids) ride a good quality, affordable scooter?
Looking at the brand called story.

Micro scooters are really good but I always bought from Facebook marketplace place for £20 max. Occasionally bought new handlebar grips from eBay and light up wheels. They are such good quality they are fine second hand and clean up really well.

Appreciate that's not what you're asking but I'd rather have a second hand micro scooter than a less good one brand new.

Agree with above, better a secondhand scooter, there are loads around.

Same as the above posters. I had a cheap one and it was a bit rubbish. Replaced it with a secondhand microscooter bought for £20 off marketplace. So much better. We have three secondhand ones and one that was bought brand new by grandparents and tbh you can’t tell which one we had from new.

I've had two micro scooters from vinted, £15

I have 2 and I love them. I can't run at 10mph any more, but I can scoot at that speed.

Agree - buy cheap, buy twice ! Micro ones are the best. Get second hand or see if someone can donate you one they no longer need.
