Cycle-Aligned Fitness Options

Hi all,
If you use fitness apps or follow workout plans, do you change things depending on where you are in your cycle? Or do you just stick to the plan regardless?

I heard aligning workouts to one's cycle phases is optimal but not sure if its worth and what good options are there (paid or free)?

I stick to my running plans which will be based on race dates, but I am aware of when I'll feel bloaty/crampy/ lead legs and will tweak if necessary and just think "oh day 21, no wonder my legs hate me"

I wouldn't create a plan specifically around my cycle and it's also a pain when my cycle drifts a few days earlier or later which would cock up longer term planning.

Some people switch workouts with their cycle, some don’t.
If you feel low, take it easy. If you feel good, keep going.
Just listen to your body.
