Hello! Just looking for solidarity really!
Started CG Iron today. I had a few PT sessions previously and I’m a member of the gym but finding it difficult to get there due to commitments after work. So I thought I’d see if I can commit to the full 6 weeks CG. I’ve printed off an Iron calendar I found online.
I only managed with 5kg weights today - mainly as I don’t have any heavier hand weights at home. I do have some heavier kettle bells though so may need to dig them out. I know I only used 5kg weights but by I can feel it! Day 1 was a leg day! Hate lunges, I can feel my 50yr old knees creak slightly 😳😆
Is anyone else doing Iron or fancy joining me?!
