Can anyone give a personal recommendation for a feree or affordable exercise programme they've followed?
Pre kids I was weight training 4 mornings a week, swimming twice and running 3 times (I have PCOS and insulin resistance, so sadly that's what it takes for me to stay lean!).
4 years later, 2 kids in ( one a breastfed baby) and I don't have that kind of time. I'm managing loads of walking and one sweaty mama class a week, but want to add something else doable to my routine that works around my velcro baby, full on 4yo full time job 🙃.
Ideally we'd love to join a family gym and trade off swimming lessons/gym classes at the weekends, but alas it's not in the ever shrinking budget.
