Earlier in the year, I started mounjarro, then I contracted Lymes. For a few weeks I could not eat much due to the medication making me sick. I lost a lot of weight. This has left me with crepey skin on my arms and inner thighs. I have started lifting weights at home, along with squats etc, but realistically can I reverse this? Or absolutely no chance?

Im in the same boat. Short answer is no, and im booked for surgery in February to remove loose skin.
It may improve slightly with weights due to muscle growth but it'll be minimal.
Its shit isn't it! But id rather be thin.

Good for you. Hopefully the surgery will make you feel amazing. Since weight loss I look great with clothes on, but omg without, it’s scary. I have just had my veins done. Then this happens. Maybe I will wear a wet suit on holiday!

I'm 65. My main problem areas are my inner thighs. (It depends on the angle...)

My start weight was 16 stones 4lbs. I'm currently 13 stone 13.5 lbs.

I've been taking collagen and using both retinol body cream and Q10 cream and this has helped my crepey arms to a significant extent. Have been doing the same with the thighs, but possibly left it too late. (Lost two stones in a month when my husband died then put it all back on again.)Have treated myself to some expensive retinal body cream for Christmas.

Saw myself in the mirror at the gym today whilst doing free weight triceps exercises etc and thought that my arms looked fine.

Not sure how the stomach is going to be - it's still carrying a lot of fat. Slathering on retinol and moisturiser.

I will try retinol body cream, worth a go.
I am doing masses of squats and taking collagen. Surely it will at least make some difference?
