I've just been warned I have signs of osteopenia in my back, probably due to early menopause. I am on HRT, taking calcium and vitamin D but need to introduce resistance training into the mix. I walk a lot (average 15k a day) and do a 15min yoga stretch first thing every day which includes a plank but want two 30min workouts to add to this. Two jobs and a long commute means it must be at home and probably around 30mins to start with. I have resistance bands and 1kg dumbells to get me started. Any recommendations for good Youtube workouts that would be suitable?
Thanks!
