I’m on a weight loss journey while undergoing a hugely messy divorce. I’m down from 96.1kg (but we substantially more than this, just never weighed) to 67.1kg, so a healthy bmi and only 2kg off my end goal. I started c25k in March on my walking pad and have managed to continue doing 3 runs a week since completing this. I do this on my walking pad - I am a super super slow runner! The top speed is 6kmh and I finally feel like this is too slow even for me. Can anyone recommend a cost effective upgrade please? A non noisy one? Many thanks
