Walking pads - hits and misses

What would anyone recommend looking for in a walking pad?
They vary in price and size considerably.
Do they have a stop button like a treadmill?
Does anyone recommend one that the handles can be folded on easily?
Anything else to look out for?
Many thanks

I bought a random one that promised to adjust the speed based on my walking speed (does not have other options to set the speed). Don't get that. It does not work properly and keeps constantly either speeding up or slowing down.

@HeidiLite that's disappointing for you - I've not seen that as an advertised feature at all

I bought one from Amazon in the end. It does what it says! I've only used it a couple of times as yet as the weather hasn't been too bad to walk outside as yet (although I did get very wet last week). It in no way compares to a proper gym treadmill and I feel that I have to concentrate on it but I imagine I'll get used to it.

It can't be used on carpet which is a shame as I had a space cleared to put it away
