I've been doing yoga once or twice a week here and there but not really taking it too seriously.
I've decided to get my act together and I've just started doing two 75 minute yoga classes and one 60 minute mat pilates class every week.
Is this enough to significantly improve my flexibility and mobility? Or would you add in another pilates class?
I've done quite a few reformer classes with different instructors at different studios which I have enjoyed but I find mat pilates gives me a much better stretch.
