I just get really dizzy when I workout, I can't do cardio, I fainted a few times at school and just knew I couldn't do stuff like that, (dodge ball, football, netball) I was never checked out
My heart races for no reason sometimes, even sitting down.
This isn't panic related.. I have PTSD, this is any physical activity, if I walk for 45 mins at a normal pace and come back I have had to lay on the floor for 30 minutes to get my heart under control, my vision goes black around the edges
I developed vertigo a few days ago
I nearly fainted during intimacy the other day

Feeling a bit fustrated as I need to lose a stone, I'm 10 stone 5 and 5ft 2

Have you seen a doctor about this, to check your blood pressure and so on? It doesn't sound normal.

I've seen a doc a few times and they said I've got exercise intolerance and need to start off really lightly, and I have never managed to build on it. I just stay at not being able to do much. I have a BP machine and its usually around 107/70 or around abouts 111/72

See a doctor.

Sounds like POTS but definitely you need to go back to the doctor for more investigation.

Start by walking for just 15 minutes - or whatever length of time doesn't cause you to feel faint! Then build it up. Do this 3 times a week.

It will be slow, but if you keep a diary, you'll see progress over time.

But really -- see a doctor!

POTs was my first thought too.

You may need to specifically mention it to GP and ask for a referral.

I would see a doctors. There’s a number of different things it could be but none that can be solved on mumsnet.

hopefully they can get to the bottom of it and you’ll be able to start exercising, but get properly checked out first.
