Compression tights/ stockings?

I’m on tamoxifen and seem to go through phases of bad symptoms and then it settles.

One is achy slightly swollen legs. If if gets really bad I wear compression socks during the day at work (I have always found these great at various points in my life as I have hypothyroidism and swollen ankles are sometimes a symptom!)

I’m exercising a lot and just wondering how exercise compression socks work and if they’d help, how to use etc during/ after exercise.

does anyone use them and any recommendations?

yes they work the same way as regular compression socks. I also wear mine for travelling. If swelling is an issue, decfinitely recommend. Compressport is good.

i am 32 weeks pregnant and i get swollen legs and i have found that maternity tights work best as they cover the full leg whereas socks only cover you up to the knee. i would highly recommend if you are still having swollen leg issues. i get mine from pebble uk.

Oh thanks! I’ve been wearing my flight socks and just started dry brushing too.
I got some leggings that I wear when I remember for exercise.

it turned out that I was quite hypothyroid hence the water retention. I’ve only just started to feel better
