Has anyone tried her Bitz app? I quite like her on insta as I’m childish enough to like her light hearted profanity and also her instruction is clear and reminds me of my lovely PT that I had to let go.

i would be starting at home with a view to get back to the gym in due course but not ready yet either financially or timing wise whereas 9.50 a month is doable

I’ve not used the app (have a PT) but everything she says on Insta and YouTube is pretty sound. If I didn’t have a PT, I’d be interested in her programming.

Thanks - have decided to give it a go. Its 2 coffees in Costa so not a big outlay and I can cancel if it’s rubbish.
