I have severe agoraphobia, so going out for a nice long walk is not possible, but sorely missed.
I am fat and really need to lose weight. Because I have been agoraphobic for so long I have absolutely no stamina and I really want to build this up. I'm so fed up of feeling unfit and just soooo heavy. I feel sluggish, huge and weighed down. I look awful and snore like an asthmatic gorilla.

During lockdown, my now 12 year old daughter put on weight and, although it doesn't bother her at the moment, she's getting to an age where it could affect her confidence and, obviously it is not healthy.

I thought that maybe we could do something fun together that feels like playing rather than exercise.

I used to, in what feels like another lifetime, use Wii fit, but this was years ago and I'm not sure what newer options are available.

Does anyone have any recommendations please 😊

Just dance (obviously!) is a lot of fun.

peloton has a computer game thing you can play while riding (I’ve never done it and can’t remember what it’s called). You and your daughter could do separately with a bit of friendly competition! People seem to like it

Get the Wii out of you’ve still got it! We were all playing on ours the other night, it was fun.

I’m asthmatic and unfit too. I’ve found yoga on YouTube good too. Try the Fightmaster Beginners course.
