Stability ball hamstring curls

Working from home today, waiting for my stability ball to arrive. Ordered specifically to work the hamstrings and practice hamstring curls.

Anticipating that this movement wont be as easy as it looks.

Obviously the goal is to eventually tackle the Nordic curl but buying a Glute/Hamstring developer is really expensive! So I’ve started on a budget.

Has anyone perfected the movement (either) and what lifestyle benefits if any did you get from it?

Thanks,
Bri x

I’m not sure what you mean… they strengthen my hamstrings which helps my deadlift. Nothing I’d describe as a lifestyle benefit but maybe I’m misunderstanding your use of the term?

I struggle with endo, and because I have chocolate cysts on my ovaries and ovaries are connected to veins which are connected to the pelvis I get Pelvic congestion syndrome. This makes being on my legs for prolonged periods very painful. I’ve been doing strength training to try to help with pain and inflammation. But I really wanted an exercise that will help build my hamstrings as I want all over leg strength and not just quads.

Yeh they’re good for hamstrings. So are RDLs
