Kickboxing gloves recommendations

I've recently started kickboxing classes and am looking to get some gloves of my own (not looking to spend loads).

Is there a difference between kickboxing and boxing gloves?

How does the sizing work? I've seen weights but nothing about hand size and I have quite small hands

Any recommendations on good beginner gloves?

Dc has these, they were recommended by his coach. Re what size you need dc tried different sizes at the club to work out best fit.
RDX Boxing Gloves, Pro Training Sparring, Maya Hide Leather, Muay Thai MMA Kickboxing, Men Women Adult, Heavy Punching Bag Focus Mitts Pads Workout, Ventilated Palm, Multi Layered, 8 10 12 14 16 18 Oz https://amzn.eu/d/0MpB76g.

It can get quite pricey dc has straps for hands, mouth guard, shin pads and head guard. RDX do seem to be a reasonably priced brand for the quality.

Many clubs will sell them or at least offer recommendations.

I have standard boxing gloves (10oz) for kickboxing and I wear stretchy inner gloves to absorb the sweat and make them fit better. Some people wrap their hands but it takes practice.

it depends is it a full Muay Thai/ K1 or is it just a workout class?

I have separate ones/weights for training/sparring and wrap hands for support/sweat/size

sandee are my favs but looking circa £80

venom are good but I find make me sweat.

Your club should recommend and some only allow certain colours.

I’d definitely ask at the club.

I have proper wraps and also quick wraps, similar to these where you put it on like a glove, but you get additional wrist protection from the wrap bit.
