I'm interested in making some and I know some of you already do so could anybody send me some recipes please?
Do you find them as good as the shop ones? At the minute I use a mixture of high 5 ones and the SIS beta fuel ones for race days for higher carbs. I think race day I'll likely stay on the SIS ones since they carry more carbs per serving but for training if I can make something with about 20g carbs per serving that would be great.
