Does anyone have any recommendations for effective YouTube cardio workouts? I already do Caroline Girvan weights workouts and get around 20,000 steps per day, but am wondering if adding a couple of cardio workouts per week would be beneficial?
Is there such a thing as an effective cardio workout that doesn’t involve jumping/is low impact? I have to do most of my workouts at home and I’m in a first floor flat, so need to not be jumping, etc!
