Until last November I was at the gym 3/4 times a week lifting free weights and probably the fittest I’ve ever been in my 52 years ( a v reluctant exerciser until then). I thought I had finally found something I enjoyed and was consistent for 2 years. …… then I did my back in…. Have been seeing an osteopath weekly since and back ( which was essentially a postural issue) is resolved but she has said I shouldn't be lifting weights at the moment. Then as back improved I’ve developed frozen shoulder so am limited again.

I am looking for an online programme as have given up gym membership, that involved strength training but based mainly on body weight. I’ve done the odd workout here and there that I’ve found on line but was looking for something more structured that is mainly bodyweight. Have tried Pilates at home but don’t really know what I’m doing and think my form is probably way off to actually achieve results. Any advice gratefully received.

Take a look at Tom Morrison’s simplistic mobility movement. Worth doing before attempting anything else!
