Hi all
I'm looking for a 10-15 minute abs routine to do at the end of my workouts. I was doing Joe Wicks 10 min abs but it's now too easy. I find that many of the videos available move so fast that I can't get the form right before they move on. I want slow and controlled. I already do pilates so I'm looking for something I can do at the end of my gym workout. So far I have plank, side plank, reverse crunch and weighted crunch.
