Training as a pilates instructor

Hi, i wondered if anyone had trained as a pilates instructor? I'm seriously considering this right now, so would be great to get course recommendations/idea of cost etc. I'd be looking at level 3 mat to begin with, although I'd like to go to level 4.

I've been doing pilates for about 5 years and love it :)

I've done Stott (reformer), and London Pilates Academy (mat). 7 years apart, Stott is contemporary, LPA follows the classical repertoire. I am glad I did both, I already had moved away from the strict Stott sequencing in my teaching, and it was really interesting doing a different school for mat. I learned a lot. I recommend LPA, though Stott was more rigorous I'd say. Took 6 months and loads of teaching hours plus a proper anatomy exam to get certified with Stott, but I got my LPA certification in about 6 weeks. I'm glad I've done both though, feels like they gave me different skills and knowledge, and of course then it's upon to you to apply it and work out your own style.
