I’m going on holiday in a month.
I’m not in horrendous shape, but definitely not what I was pre-kids. I could do with losing about half a stone, and I also really need to tone up.
I work in an office but go for a 30 min walk on my lunch every day.
someone tell me what to do so I can look nice & (sort of) in shape in a months time!
appreciate I won’t lose half a stone, but hopefully 4 or so pounds.
