Best way to tone up

I have recently lost 2 stone by calorie counting and a mix of walking and treadmill, but whilst I'm happy that I've lost the weight, I need to tone up as looks like I have loads of wobbly bits.

What's the best exercises to tone up? I do have kettlebells at home but open to other options :)

Do you use the kettle bells? How heavy are they?

I do a combination of a few weights sessions, 3 x 1 mile swims and 2 spin sessions a week. Seems to be helping tone up my jiggly body!
I do also walk 10,000 steps a day (this is more for my sanity and love of being outdoors than anything else though).
Timing wise I’m pretty lucky in that I wfh 50% of the time and have a spin bike at home that I get on one the teen has left for school and before I log on. I work 7 hour days and can be pretty flexible with it, my dc are older (2 grown up and 1 teen) so I can be out a lot more than I could when they were little and there’s a lake nearby for swimming. The gym is at the end of my road so I can nip there during my lunch break for a weights session or use that time for walking if it’s nice out.
