I think I need to start doing weights - help please!

I’m 56 and diagnosed with osteopenia, close to actual osteoporosis. Currently I do yoga or Pilates most days, at weekends I do long dog walks on the hills. Just had my latest bone density scan results and my Dr has recommended increasing my weight bearing exercises.
Can anyone recommend someone on you tube to follow who would be suitable for an absolute beginner like me? I’ve no idea where to start, I have a small frame and my arms and shoulders are quite weak.

I’d suggest going to a personal trainer or CrossFit class to get proper technique advice and the use of a range of weights.

Have a look at the Joe Wicks menopause strength training videos on YouTube. They're only 20 mins and good for beginners, not too overwhelming and can be fit in around busy days.
