YouTube pilates

Looking for any suggestions for good pilates programmes on YouTube. I'm used to doing heavy weights - Caroline Girvan, Sydney Cummings, Heather Robertson. But I'm having a bit of an issue with my shoulder at the moment, it's clicking with certain movements and just feeling slightly stiff. I want to have a bit of a break with weights and focus on cardio and pilates. I like having a programme to follow, does anyone know of any on YouTube? A bit like yoga with adrienne? I don't want to do yoga as I find it quite boring. I have seen Cassie Ho with pilates but I find her incredibly annoying.

Have you done Pilates in real life before? I wouldn’t start it online if not

Yes I have. I just don't have the time to go out to a class with 2 children. I work full time so my work out time is before they get up in the morning or when they go to bed.

For it to be effective, you need to be in exactly the right position for you - things like correct 'neutral spine' for some exercises. And some people need adaptations to suit their flexibility, injuries etc. I do a weekly zoom class, but with an instructor I'd been going to for years before and who is extraordinarily good at noticing on the screen if we're not doing things quite right.

Lottie Murphy is good.

Trifecta is my favourite (I'm a Pilates instructor)
