Just been reading about the 3/2/8 method plan for working out for a toned body, seems to be popular on Instagram at the moment.
It can be done at home, in classes or just in the gym.

3 days of strength exercise (any duration)
2 days of Pilates or Barre (any duration)
8k steps a day

Or you can do

3 days Pilates or Barre exercises
2 days of strength exercise
8k steps a day

Strength can be a weighted workout, resistance based or bodyweight and can have seperate days for legs and arms

Anyone done this plan?

No but I really like the sound of it. I was at my fittest and also healthiest ( never got ill) when I did 3 strength and one long yoga class a week and this sounds similar.

Not heard of it but I do 2 days strength 1 barre 1 Pilates so similar I guess and I'm very toned. I do a lot more cardio too though

Ah this is interesting. Did you do strength at home or in a gym? I just use a few dumbells. X
