Yoga YouTube channels - recommended

I am looking for recommendations for YouTube channels for near-beginner please - there is just so much choice I don’t know who is good or not.

I am becoming increasingly stiff and also have a lot of leg muscle pain after walking so I need to stretch myself regularly.

I have had sciatica for years and it’s definitely muscle pains in my legs.

Thirded just for benji the dog. An absolute lifesaver in lockdown

Definitely Yoga with Adrienne. There’s a video for everything you can possibly imagine, her playlists are really well curated.

Yes Adrienne is great for beginners. Maybe try one of her 30 day programmes. They start off gently and gradually increase in difficulty.

I hope you don't mind me asking. How old are you?

Another vote for yoga with Adrienne. She has playlists sorted by length of practice, so you can have a series of 10, 20, 30 minute videos.

Adrienne looks like a lovely person and I never, ever want to Google her in case it turns out she’s horrible!

Adriene is great for beginners. She gives really good cues that help you find the right posture and lots of the videos are really gentle but effective. I also like Kassandra, but I would start with Adriene.
