Fitness watch with "live" heart monitor

I bought a Withings Scanwatch light last year and have been getting lots of really high heart rates. I used my husband's Garmin and am getting more what I would have hoped for / expected.
I want to buy myself another watch just to confirm everything is ok. Can anyone recommend one where i can download my daily heart-rate and one where the heart monitor is on display without me having to press a button to read it?
I'm thinking a women's Garmin (Venue 3S) but would love feedback. Thanks

I think most of the garmins have customisable screens but wrist based HR monitoring is only accurate to a certain extent and can often be wonky when you're sweaty. They're a good brand, the model you pick relly comes down to what you want to use it for and how much you're willing to spend.

Thanks. I'm not too concerned about the price but I would like one that monitors heartbeat. Looking at Venu 3S it indicates that it will record ECG. Would love to hear from someone that has experience of that.

fitbit charge2-5 has heart rate on screen if you customise your display to have HR & there is supposed to be some way to download it... I know I downloaded my sleep data from the charge3 (compared with a £600 sleep tracker) so why not HR
