I’m looking for an easy to follow exercise plan ideally videos on an app I can plan on and easily access - not too expensive if possible! Ideally a mix of cardio and strength, and no more than 30 min workouts.
I have a young child and work full time so needs to be something I can do in my living room without too much crashing around! I used to be very strong and fit but am haven’t exercised properly in years, so needs to be suitable for a beginner. I have some old kettlebells and a yoga mat but no other equipment and have no space for any more. I find apps easy to access and track rather than using YouTube.
