I have been told I have “cankles”. I know I have chunky calves but this was the first time I was told this after I wore a knee length skirt for the first time in a decade.
I am slim but I have cellulite lots of it including my calves. My knees are also fatty. I have a photo which is a bit blurry as I took it through a mirror so cellulite not clear on the photo.
What exercises would help improve tone my lower legs?
I have started running, doing squats and lunges and fire hydrants. Anything else I can do?
