I've lost 10kg/23lb which is over 10% of my body weight since the beginning of October!! Sorry to post here but I wanted to write it down and be proud but I have no where else to put it. I was drinking heavily but I stopped at the end of September when my husband was diagnosed with fatty liver and pre-diabetes and I realised I was heading the same way.... I've joined a gym, stopped drinking (the odd one still here and there but that's it...) and eat a bit better.
I'm so embarrassed to admit the mess I had got too so I've carried on not telling friends and still wearing baggy clothes... but I'm so proud of how far I've come in so short a time.
Onwards and upwards.
