Is anyone else struggling to wake up early and go to the gym after Christmas and New Year's break?
Before the holidays I was in a good routine waking up at 5:30am and going to the gym x4 a week.
Now after all the late nights, good temptations and out of routine over the holiday as well as the icy weather it's so hard to get up in the morning.
Also, my DD is 9 months old and been going through a sleep regression.
I desperately want to work and lose the baby weight but I also can't be asked!
