I wondered if anyone can recommend some workouts for me to do at home.
I love caroline girvan and did her workouts years ago but I've just tried epic beginner and I'm way out of shape. I don't have enough weights for iron I have only 1 set of dumbells which are adjustable but not quick enough in between workouts.
I have enjoyed get fit with rick but find them too easy now.
Joe wicks I love but I find them too Hiit heavy and I don't enjoy watching his videos.
So ideally a caroline girvan but just for a slightly less fit level!
Any recommendations x

I use senior shape fitness. Done for senior or beginners. I love her videos. She is very calming and explains everything. Huge fan.

I use her videos. I like that she targets different areas and has some 10 minutes one which are great if you haven’t a lot of time to exercise

I do Caroline Girvan workouts and love them-could you drop your weights? If you want something slightly easier I also quite like Growinganannas. Lots of variety.

Try Lift with Cee on YouTube.

Have you tried Caroline Girvan's calesthenics videos? No weights required but still a good challenge.
