I’ve been doing CG workouts since Oct. 3 a week - iron now on fuel. Main aim to maintain muscle mass/ maybe try gain some muscle and tone up as I loose weight (as much as this is possible). I chose this as I’m busy working mum and can do it home and jump into shower. Job done in 45 mins. I’ve lost a stone since Oct.
whilst I’m on holiday and eating and drinking more should I take advantage of the machines? Which will be better for me to combat some of these extra cals I’m having and also keep my muscle whilst im away 2 weeks . I know some people say the gym stuff is much better as u can go heavy…
shall I do both - alt days? Or does it not matter 😂? Not sure what to do in the gym but could look it up and make up a plan?
