Question..!

I've been lifting some weights and rowing for nearly 18 months, heavier and faster (sprint intervals on the rower) and also started adding in a pea protein shake after hard sessions, (I was getting too tired if I didn't even though I was eating well afterwards ) as well as lots of high protein meals.

I've recently really noticed that I've started to have more lean muscle mass and am definitely stronger.

My question is - can you loose weight from the face and neck despite being heavier on the scales (assuming muscle?) I'm naturally relatively slim and small anyway and hover around 8.5 stone. a couple of people have commented. I don't look gaunt but have lost my slight chops!

Do you naturally start to need to eat more??

I'm on a cancer medication and also thyroxine and trying to work out if I need to see the gp about adjusting dose. Except I'm also sleeping reasonably well and don't really have other symptoms I'd usually get. Some sweats at the moment but that could be the tamoxifen. (🤷🏻‍♀️)
