Does anyone use an online personal trainer? If so, are they worth it, and do you have any recommendation?
I've looked at things like Trainwell (formerly Copilot), but £100 a month is out of my budget. I was really hoping for 1/2 sessions a month to help me with progression, and keeping me accountable. I really struggle with discipline, and motivation past the initial 2 week mark, and feel some sort of trainer would be helpful to keep me on track.
I have looked at in person trainers locally to me, but there aren't that many strangely. Plus I like the flexibility of an online/virtual service.
Any help/advice would be helpful!
