Walking pads! Are they worth it?

Hi all, are walking pads worth it? I
Work from home, have two little kids, and a busy home life. I don't really have the time for a gym membership, and home workouts are great, sometimes I just want to watch my TV, and keep active while I work.

So, are they worth it? If you think
that they are, do you have any recommendations please? (Not to expensive ideally)

TIA

I didn’t really use mine, preferred walking workouts on YouTube.

Yes, I love mine and use it when my son has gone to bed to finish off my 10k steps if I haven’t already done so throughout the day.
My first choice will always be to walk outside but sometimes that’s not possible so the walking pad is a great back up, especially this time of year.
This is mine, which was recommended by another MN user www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0CLS9N2GJ/ref=pe_27063361_485629781_TE_item

I love mine, I just got a fairly cheapish one on Amazon, I used to have it under my home desk so I could walk and work, but I’ve been off sick this year and I moved it in front of the tv, and that’s where it’s going to stay even when I’m back working, game changer just being able to slowly plod along while watching a show

Just got one for Christmas and have done 2 hours today. I know that is new and exciting but I think this is going to help me massively.

My husband and I both use ours regularly, mainly in winter when weather is bad so we can get steps in. In summer it's used less as we walk outside. Ours cost about 350 and I think it was worth it

Absolutely yes. I use it at my standing desk and have a habit of jumping on for all (internal!) calls so it's routine now. Will also use in the evening whilst watching TV if it's been a call free day
